CASSE Peaceful Schools Program Awards!

Are you a parent hero, or know someone who is?

Want to win a great prize?

Introducing the CASSE Peaceful Schools Program Awards!

Entry is easy! Simply log onto the CASSE Peaceful Schools Program Facebook page and tell us a story of a ‘parent hero’ you have admired, or tell us your own ‘parent hero’ story.

We are looking for stories of situations and issues that would push most of us to act irrationally and without thought, in other words: “lose it”. What did you do to manage a situation??

We’re looking to celebrate mums and dads that remain calm, think through issues and whose actions consider the wellbeing of all concerned.

A situation could be at home, in the shopping centre, at a sporting event, dance class or a kids party.

Simply post your story (Max 150 words) on the CASSE Peaceful Schools Program Facebook Page and 3 stories will receive an award recognising their achievement. Check out the great prizes and how winners are selected!

CASSE Hero Award

Flight Centre Voucher (Value $500)
Selected by the CASSE team as the entry that most embodies the CASSE philosophies.

Popular Hero Award

Gold Class Movie Voucher (Value $149)

Popular Hero Runner Up

Cinema Ticket Package (Value $100)
The entry that receives the 2nd greatest number of “Likes” on CASSE’s Peaceful Schools Program Facebook Page.

Be quick! Entries close on Friday 1st August 2014.

All winners will be featured on the CASSE website.

Entering is easy*. Simply nominate (yourself or another parent) that has had to deal with a tough situation rationally and calmly, “LIKE” CASSE’s Peaceful Schools Program Facebook page and post your entry in 150 words. Consider what that situation was, and how dealing with it impressed you. You are allowed to be impressed with yourself!! We all need to pat ourselves on the back sometimes!

Submit your nomination or ‘Like’ other nominations by visiting the CASSE Peaceful Schools Program Facebook Page for Parents.

*Terms and conditions are included on the CASSE Peaceful Schools Program Facebook Page
