Congratulations to our Deputy Chair, Anne Kantor AO!

The CASSE Team are very proud to learn that Anne Kantor, our Deputy Chair, was awarded an Officer (AO) of the Order of Australia on the 26th of January, for distinguished service to the community through philanthropic support for a range of environmental, social welfare, arts and educational organisations, and to psychotherapy.

Anne has been a driving force behind the establishment of CASSE, in particular the Aboriginal Australian Relations Program. Anne has demonstrated an unwavering  commitment to applying psychoanalytic tools to change minds and save lives in vulnerable people and  communities and to promote mutual recognition between Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal people. On a personal level, her calm, patient and kind manner leaves a lasting impression on all who are fortunate enough to work alongside her.

Thank you, Anne, and congratulations on such well-deserved recognition for your many years of hard work. You are an inspiration!
